I'm a mom to six amazing kiddos and the proud Mimi to three sweet grandbabies. The kitchen is the heart of our home — and over time, it became the place where my love for baking turned into something I could share with others.
Baking cookies for people truly brings me joy. There's something special about creating treats that bring families together, spark smiles, and make ordinary moments feel a little more meaningful. Every recipe in Mimi's Kitchen is made with care, intention, and a whole lot of love.
That's why I say love is baked into every bite — because it genuinely is.
