Mimi's Kitchen Cookie Cart

Every Saturday morning, Mimi's Kitchen opens right in our driveway in Lincoln, NE — a self-serve, drive-up cookie shop stocked fresh with handcrafted treats. Supplies are limited and we often sell out early, so come hungry and come early!

When: Saturdays, 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM (or until we sell out)
Where: 3316 S. 81st Street, Lincoln, NE 68506

How It Works

  • Walk-up customers are always welcome — just drive up and shop!
  • Some weeks we also offer pre-orders for cookie boxes online.
  • When pre-orders are available, ordering closes Thursday at 10:00 PM for Saturday pickup.

For specialty items like Cinnamon Rolls, we recommend pre-ordering when available — they’re gone fast (sometimes within the first 15 minutes)!  If you're not finding what you want on the pre-order menus, go ahead and message us on Facebook or here on the website.
